Embodying your movement practice throughout daily life is the essential key to mental bliss and I’m here to show you how. Movement practice with me are designed to challenge you mentally and physically for the benefits you personally seek.

I provide the space and guidance for you to own your movements with a sense of play and openness – both on and off the mat. Letting curiosity build within about the way you move through your life is what creates real change.
